Orders & Processing
Every piece in our shop is handcrafted with care, and most items are one of a kind. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We love to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please allow us a little time to carefully package your piece so it arrives safely and beautifully.

Shipping
We ship within the United States and love getting our work out into the world! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Shipping times vary by location once the package is in the carrier’s hands, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will do our best to make it right.
